The historic centre of Pietrasanta is 5 km away, Forte dei Marmi and the beaches of the Tuscan coast are 10 km away and can be easily reached in just 15 minutes by car. On the ground floor, the villa is accessed through a corridor paved with original grey and white Carrara marble, characterized by the presence of the stairwell, an elevator, a large guest bathroom and a chestnut wardrobe serving the dining room.

On the left of the entrance, an elegant entrance opened by arched doors connects the formal dining room with the breakfast room on the left and the charming tearoom. The oak coffered ceiling of the rooms is a brilliantly executed masterpiece in the neoclassical style. All the windows overlook the splendid sea view, and the dining room opens onto the terrace of the belvedere. On the right side of the entrance corridor, there is the fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining pantry, the cold room, a convenient closet and a service bathroom, in addition to the functional laundry-ironing room.

On the first floor, almost all the interiors maintain their original layout. The main entrance hall with vaulted ceiling features an original staircase in white Carrara marble with painted cast-iron railings, which connects the first floor with the second floor and the attic.
