Splendid luxury residence completely renovated in 2013, with park and swimming pool in the heart of Belgirate, on the Piedmontese shores of Lake Maggiore.

Built in 1780 by the Beretta family, the monumental villa later passed to Domenico Pino, an Italian general who served under Napoleon Bonaparte as a division general. It passed through several hands, from the Counts Fontana of Milan to the Biscaretti of Ruffia, and on to Emilio Treves, a Milanese publisher, from whom it derives its current name.
