LOCATION: The municipality of Canelli is located in Piedmont, in the south of the province of Asti. It is situated at the first opening of the Belbo torrent valley, on a modest portion of plain and two large hilly areas (separated by the axis of the Belbo), one of which represents the last offshoots of the Asti hills on the right bank of the Tanaro and the other the first slopes of the Langa proper.
