Since 1974, La Cascata has been a point of reference for catering and hospitality in the Langhe and Roero.

LOCATION: The Langhe landscape has its own particular specificity for the rich and varied appearance of the panorama, between vineyards on the plains, rows of vines on the hills, ancient villages dating back to the Middle Ages, castles perched on rugged spurs and old country churches.
In 2014, the Langhe were included by the UNESCO Committee in the List of World Heritage Sites, as it is a landscape of high aesthetic value in whose formation the human element has often been prevalent, but in respect of the natural vocation of the land, as if there were "an agreement between the forest that retreats and the part cultivated by man": a quality agriculture, which has approached the artistic and cultural assets of the area, enhancing the most typical elements of identity and balance and constituting an integrated tourist landscape.
A landscape in which the wise and meticulous centuries-old work of generations of farmers has shaped the hills, creating not only the basis of a thriving wine economy, but a combination of harmony and art that has few comparisons in the world.
The Langhe territory has always been intertwined with culture and food and wine production. It is renowned throughout the world for the production of fine wines such as Barolo, Barbera, Barberesco, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo.
In the gastronomy, very rich and varied, the truffle stands out: Alba, the most important urban center of the Langhe, is considered the capital of truffles, to which every year, in October, a special fair is dedicated.
