A newly constructed and elegantly designed tasting room, completed in 2022, covers approximately 190 square meters (2,045 sq ft). Adjacent to this structure, a refined apartment of approximately 120 square meters (1,292 sq ft) offers high-end finishes and is complemented by a panoramic terrace of about 90 square meters (969 sq ft). Furthermore, an approved project is in place for the construction of a barrel-aging cellar (barricaia) of approximately 120 square meters (1,292 sq ft).
The estate's land is divided as follows: approximately 13.5 hectares (33.4 acres) of vineyards, 4 hectares (9.9 acres) of arable land, and approximately 5.5 hectares (13.6 acres) of cork oak forest. The vineyards extend over roughly 9.5 hectares (23.5 acres) and are planted at a density of approximately 8,000 vines per hectare, situated at an altitude between 70 and 100 meters (230–328 feet) above sea level. Established in 2003, the vineyards include prestigious grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Alicante Bouschet, Chardonnay, and Fiano.
In March 2022, a new vineyard spanning approximately 4 hectares (9.9 acres) was completed, cultivated with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay, utilizing the same meticulous techniques applied to the existing vineyards. The estate also includes approximately 3 hectares (7.4 acres) of land facing the property, which has been cleared and is ready for tillage, with plans to cultivate Chardonnay exclusively.
The winery’s inventory includes wines currently undergoing maturation, stored in both barriques and stainless steel tanks, amounting to an equivalent of approximately 80,000 bottles. The storage facility presently holds around 15,000 bottles ready for distribution. The winemaking and agricultural equipment is modern and in impeccable working condition, with a maximum age of two years. The estate is equipped with a comprehensive fleet of machinery, including wheeled and tracked tractors, a mini excavator, and a forklift with rubber wheels.
A meteorological station is installed on the estate, providing real-time monitoring of atmospheric conditions and managing the sophisticated irrigation system. The fully automated irrigation system is divided into 19 sectors and is supplied by a private well approximately 100 meters (328 feet) deep, ensuring a plentiful water supply. Overall, the irrigation infrastructure extends for approximately 60 kilometers (37.3 miles) and employs state-of-the-art drip irrigation technology, ensuring precise and efficient watering for each individual vine.
