Palazzo Estate proposes a villa located directly on the seashore, close to villas of well-known Italian artists, including Marcello Mastroianni, Federico Fellini, Alberto Sordi, Sophia Loren and other famous actors and directors which used to spend their vacations and to act in the best Italian films here.

The plot, of over 8000 sq.m., is located on the first sea line, has its exit at a walking marble path along the sea and the beaches. There is a marina nearby for the internal parking of the yachts of up to 32 meters. Bigger yachts can be parked at the outer roadstead or in the Livorno port. Tennis and sports fields, and athletic tracks along the beach and in the pine parks give excellent possibilities for sports activities.

There is a swimming pool in the yard with natural renewable seawater and a heating system, two recreation areas, and a garden. All these facilities give you a real chance for full relaxation and privacy. The three-storey villa of about 1000 sq.m. was built in the Palladian style in 1880 and completely reconstructed in 2015. After the full restoration, the house keeps its unique historical spirit: antique furniture and decoration, fireplaces, marble stairs to the upper floors with an exclusive chandelier with inserts of semi-precious stones.

The first floor of the villa can be accessed through the main and secondary entrances. Here, there is a living room, a dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen with the access to the basement, a guest bathroom and a laundry. The master bedroom (40 sq.m.), with a spacious dressing room (15 sq.m.), fireplace and access to the garden; bathroom (20 sq.m.) are also located here. Going up to the second floor, we will see 3 bedrooms with dressing rooms and respective 3 bathrooms. Here, you also have a recreation area and library, and a home cinema with a bar. It is on this floor where you have 2 terraces, that offer unforgettable sea views.

The third floor is a recreation and relaxation area, thanks to the massage room, mini-SPA (a sauna) and a terrace overlooking the sea. Here, you can also place your guests in a cosy bedroom with a fireplace and a dressing room. On the ground floor, there is a basement with 2 rooms, with a total area of ​18 sq.m. It can be used both as a wine cellar and as an additional kitchen, which already has everything you need: freezers, gas, water, electricity, and ventilation.

The villa has all modern communications and devices: centralized gas, a water supply system with tanks for water enough for one week, climate control, air conditioning in every room, marble floors with an eco-friendly water cooling/heating system, and a powerful TV antenna on the roof. The entrance to the territory is through the central automatic gates, the territory is equipped with video cameras and is under electronic security. There is emergency communication with the police, steel protection on the doors, and metal blinds on the windows.

The guest house is a two-story building. On the first floor, there is a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. On the second, there are staff flats: two bedrooms and two showers.

Nearby, i​n the Bolgheri region, there are many historical vineyards and delightful red Italian wine is made here. Wine degustation, dining in local restaurants serving fine Tuscan cuisine, sea fishing, diving and numerous sea lagoons with sandy and rocky beaches, along with the traditional friendliness of local people create a unique atmosphere of relaxation in Dolce Vita style.

Pisa airport is only 20 minutes by car, and Florence airport is about 40 minutes by car. You can reach Livorno in 30 minutes. The town also has a railway station, you can arrive by train from Lugano or any other European city.
