The town stands with the outline of its towers on a hill (334m high) in Val d’Elsa, in the province of Siena, a region also known for the production of oils and excellent wines such as Chianti Colli Senesi, Chianti Classico, Colli dell’Etruria Centrale, San Gimignano DOC, Vernaccia di San Gimignano (the latter cited in the Divine Comedy)

The guesthouse (188 sqm – 2,023 sqft, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is structured on two floors as follows:
- Ground floor: two bedrooms and two bathrooms;
- First floor: two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Below the annex and the hotel, which are therefore connected, there are many underground rooms (for a total of 1,104 sqm – 11,879 sqft) that include tool storage, refrigerating room for food, a gym equipped with changing rooms and showers, a local for loading/unloading goods and toilets for the employees of the structure.
Around the structure in the hills of Siena, the magnificent park
covers approximately 19,900 square meters, with a swimming pool and a car park.
Inside is a typical Italian garden with a rose corner and a grove with Italian cypress hills which follows the slope of the hill
